Let’s start with what I am not: A consultant with pre-packaged solutions. An Executive Coach (see Collaborative Partners). A firm built on junior consultants.

This is who I am: Someone who understands what it’s like to be in your position; who understands the changing landscapes and demands of your time, attention, priorities, and more.

For more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of serving mission-driven organizations through executive leadership, organizational strategy, governance, philanthropy, and institutional advancement. Through this journey, I've learned that even the strongest leaders need trusted partners who can offer perspective, navigate complex organizations, and help turn all of those middle-of-the-night-thoughts into a plan with an outcome.

My dedication to this work has carried me through four states, four higher education institutions and one national nonprofit. It’s a journey for which I am grateful. My real-world/been-in-the-seat experience coupled with my academic experience in organizational development have prepared me for this moment. I’m shifting my focus to what lights me up which is supporting leaders, doers, action-takers.

Throughout my career, I've led transformational initiatives, partnered with governing boards and executive teams, built high-performing organizations, and navigated through periods of institutional change, ambiguity, and even a little chaos. My work has not been easy, but it has molded me into a passionate advocate for mission-driven organizations and their leaders. Those experiences have reinforced one simple truth: sustainable success is built through trust, clarity, and partnership. Professionally, I have succeeded only when I have felt supported, empowered, and aligned. Every other time…oh, how I have learned!

My client commitment is the same no matter who I advise: to provide thoughtful counsel grounded in experience, informed by perspective, and focused on results. It's to listen first, understand what makes your organization unique, and work alongside you to develop practical strategies that strengthen leadership, align teams, engage stakeholders, and move meaningful work forward.
